"Carding Mill" is an acrylic painting on canvas that captures a serene landscape with a cloudy sky above grassy mountains. A winding path leads through the scene, inviting a walk into the peaceful, forested area. The thick texture of the acrylic paint enhances the natural elements, adding depth and dimension to the scene. The overall composition evokes a sense of tranquility, with the combination of soft clouds, lush greenery, and the inviting path creating a calming, immersive forest atmosphere.
This painting is inspired by my trip to Carding Mill Valleys, I felt compelled to take a photograph of two small mountains meeting each other, later I transformed the picture into a painting. I used free brush stroke technique and flowy details.
